Cafe Quijano Biography

Spanish alternative act Café Quijano got involved in the local rock scene in 1996 when brothers Manuel, Oscar, and Raúl Quijano, inspired by their father, a professional singer, decided to record a demo and organize a live performance at León's Emperador Theatre. Soon after, the band was signing up to Warner, issuing a self-titled album in 1998, followed by a tour around Spain. Café Quijano consolidation came with the release of La Extraordinaria Paradoja del Sonido Quijano, an experimental record where the band combines rock with well-known Latin rhythms such as rumba, guaracha, son, and mambo. That album became the group's first platinum record. Taberna del Buda appeared in spring 2001. ~ Drago Bonacich, All Music Guide

Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
